Hannah Jones
Founder & Managing Director
Hannah is a creative force driven by a deep love for nature. With over twelve years of experience in conservation, environmental management, horticulture, permaculture, and landscape design, her work is led by a clear mission: to help people reconnect with the natural world through educational experiences, and to heal our fragmented landscapes by creating habitat-rich gardens in urban spaces.
Obsessed with native plants and the intricate stories they tell, Hannah is especially fascinated by the relationships between native flora and local wildlife. Her work is grounded in a passion for biodiversity and a belief that greater awareness and understanding of our local ecosystems can lead to meaningful change.
Based on Kaurna Country on the Fleurieu Peninsula of South Australia, Hannah lives with her partner and their two adventurous young kids. When she’s not working with native plants, you’ll find her growing food, nature journaling, getting hands-on with DIY projects, or exploring the native bushland and coastline that continues to inspire her work.
