Hi, I’m Hannah — a nature-loving creative with over 12 years of experience in conservation, horticulture, and landscape design, and deeply passionate about native plants and the intricate relationships they share with local wildlife.
My mission is to rewild our urban spaces and integrate our built environments with our native ecosystems. By creating habitat-rich gardens and sharing knowledge through workshops and education, I aim to inspire practical, thoughtful action that supports both people and the native ecosystems we’re part of. 🌿
